肝内胆管细胞癌(intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma,ICC)是一种胆道上皮分化的肝内恶性肿瘤~([1])。胆管细胞癌大多呈腺癌表现,甲状腺样胆管细胞癌为ICC的罕见亚型,全球仅2篇文献报道~([2,3])。本文为国内首次报道,旨在提高对此特殊类型胆管细胞癌的认识。1材料与方法1.1材料收集2015年南京医科大学附属常州第二人民医院收治的经手术切除和病理确诊的甲状腺样肝内胆管细胞癌1例,复习HE及相关免疫组化染色切片,并随访病人。患者女性,55岁。因反复 Intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (ICC) is a malignant intrahepatic malignancy of the biliary epithelium (1).
