在改革开放大潮的推动下,如今中小民营企业的迅猛发展已成为浙江全省区域经济腾飞的关键。本文主要针对浙江中小民营制造企业发展现状及现场管理存在的不足,分析浙江中小民营制造企业在转型发展过程中的现场管理滞后的成因,运用5S管理理论,对其车间现场管理进行深入研究,并就应用实施5S管理的方法进行研究和设计。以期达到改善现场管理,提高中小民营制造企业管理水平,增强竞争力的目的。
