目的分析CT介导经皮肺穿刺多极射频原位灭活治疗肺肿瘤的疗效。方法对92例不同病理类型的肺肿瘤综合治疗的同时行多极射频原位灭活治疗。分析治疗前后影像学、组织学变化,观察肿瘤灭活率和远期生存率。结果患者治疗中生理监测指标无明显改变,治疗后肺功能无明显影响;治疗后CT扫描肿瘤密度降低,治疗区域增强无强化。肿瘤代谢监测显示,肿瘤代谢消失,肿瘤灭活率为93.5%,远期生存率明显提高。结论多极射频原位灭活治疗肺肿瘤创伤小、效果好,安全可靠,为临床提供了一种新的安全有效的治疗方法。
Objective To analyze the curative effect of CT-mediated multi-pole radiofrequency ablation of lung tumor by percutaneous pulmonary puncture. Methods 92 patients with different pathological types of lung cancer combined with multi-pole radiofrequency in situ inactivated treatment. Analysis before and after treatment of imaging, histological changes, observation of tumor inactivation rate and long-term survival rate. Results There was no significant change in the indexes of physiological monitoring during the treatment, and no significant effect on the lung function after treatment. The density of the tumor after CT scan reduction and the enhancement of the treatment area had no enhancement. Tumor metabolism monitoring showed that tumor metabolism disappeared, tumor inactivation rate was 93.5%, long-term survival rate was significantly improved. Conclusion In situ multipole radiofrequency inactivation of lung tumor with less trauma, good effect, safe and reliable, providing a new safe and effective treatment for clinical treatment.
