In 1998, the ideological and political teaching materials were reformed in an all-round way. The ideological and political classes in the first grade highlighted the psychological quality education for students and opened up a field for cultivating students’ good psychological qualities. We call this a psychological quality education class. The importance and urgency of mental health education for middle school students has long been discussed by people from all walks of life. This article mainly talks about how to develop students’ primary skills through classroom teaching.
