进行需氧性非共生固氮菌菌种分离工作时,在Ashbby无氮培养基的平面上,发现了一种强烈产酸而能彻底溶解培养基中碳酸鈣的细菌。初步推断这种細菌很可能还有分解磷矿粉使其中迟效磷轉化为速效磷的能力。为了研究方便和能获得正确的事实証明,乃制造了一种以磷矿粉为唯一磷源的新培养基来培养这种細菌。培养基的成分于下:蔗糖10克,硝酸鉀0.2克、氯化钠0.2克、硫酸鎂0.2克、硫酸鈣0.1克、磷矿粉5克,水1,000毫升、琼脂17克,用氢氧
For the isolation of aerobic non-symbiotic Azotobacter species, a strong acid-producing bacterium that completely dissolved calcium carbonate in the medium was found on the Ashbby nitrogen-free medium. It is preliminarily concluded that this bacterium is also likely to have the ability to decompose phosphate rock to convert it to available phosphorus. For the convenience of research and the fact that it is obtained correctly, it is a new culture medium made of phosphate rock powder as the only phosphorus source for culturing this bacterium.
