目的 研究淮南矿区儿童微量元素营养状况。方法 采集 98名儿童发样 ,以原子吸收分光光度法检测铜 (Cu)、铅 (Pb)、锌 (Zn)、铁 (Fe)、锰 (Mn)等五种微量元素含量。结果 98名儿童除发中铜在 3~ 5岁间、铅在 3~ 4岁和 3~ 5岁年龄组间差异有显著意义 (P <0 0 5)外 ,其余在不同年龄组和性别间差异均无显著意义 (P >0 0 5)。观察对象中铅、锌、铁含量异常者发生率分别为 2 2 45 %、69 39%和 2 9 60 % ,该发生率与性别、年龄无关 (P >0 0 5)。结论 淮南矿区儿童中既有铅过多的现象 ,也有锌和铁的明显缺乏 ,应注意开展预防和纠正工作
Objective To study the nutritional status of trace elements in children in Huainan mining area. Methods A total of 98 children samples were collected for determination of five trace elements (Cu, Pb, Zn, Fe and Mn) by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. Results In addition to copper in the hair of 98 children in the age of 3 to 5 years, lead in 3 to 4 years and 3 to 5 years old age group difference was significant (P <0 05), the rest in different age groups and gender There was no significant difference (P> 0.05). The incidence rates of abnormal contents of lead, zinc and iron in the observation subjects were 22 45%, 69 39% and 29 60% respectively. The incidence was not related to gender and age (P 0.05). Conclusions The phenomenon of excessive lead in children in Huainan mining area and the obvious lack of zinc and iron should be paid attention to, so prevention and rectification work should be paid attention to
