目的探讨枸杞多糖对实验性肝损伤的保护作用。方法用CCL4建立小鼠肝损伤模型。给小鼠口服枸杞多糖100 mg.kg-1.d-1;用苯甲酸钠—咖啡因比色法测定血清中总胆红素含量,采用硝酸还原酶法测定血清中一氧化氮含量。结果枸杞多糖能有效地降低CCL4引起的小鼠血清中总胆红素、一氧化氮的含量;统计学处理有显著性差异(P<0.01),明显减轻CCL4对肝组织的损伤。结论枸杞多糖具有抗CCL4所致小鼠肝细胞损伤的作用。
Objective To investigate the protective effect of lycium barbarum polysaccharides on experimental liver injury. Methods CCL4 mice liver injury model was established. Lycium barbarum polysaccharide 100 mg.kg-1.d-1 was orally administered to mice. The content of total bilirubin in serum was determined by sodium benzoate-caffeine colorimetry, and the content of nitric oxide in serum was determined by nitrate reductase method. Results Lycium barbarum polysaccharides could effectively reduce the content of total bilirubin and nitric oxide in the serum of CCL4-induced mice. Statistical analysis showed significant difference (P <0.01) and significantly reduced the damage of CCL4 to liver tissue. Conclusion Lycium barbarum polysaccharides have anti-CCL4-induced liver cell injury in mice.
