内皮祖细胞是骨髓来源的祖细胞,可分化为成熟的内皮细胞,参与血管的修复和重建。广泛的毛细血管膜损伤、血管膜通透性增加是急性肺损伤的主要病理基础,调节修复损伤的肺血管将是减少高死亡率的新治疗靶向;研究发现,内皮祖细胞有助于损伤肺血管系统的修复,对ALI/ARDS预后具有重要作用。本文系统回顾内皮祖细胞的相关知识及介绍近年来在急性肺损伤研究中所取得的进展。
Endothelial progenitor cells are bone marrow-derived progenitor cells that differentiate into mature endothelial cells and are involved in the repair and reconstruction of blood vessels. Extensive capillary membrane injury and increased vascular membrane permeability are the primary pathologic foundations of acute lung injury. Regulating the repair of impaired pulmonary blood vessels will be a new therapeutic target for reducing high mortality; studies have found that endothelial progenitor cells contribute to injury The repair of the pulmonary vascular system plays an important role in the prognosis of ALI / ARDS. This article systematically reviews the relevant knowledge of endothelial progenitor cells and describes the progress made in the study of acute lung injury in recent years.
