以两个产量相近 ,但蛋白质含量差异较大的小麦品种为材料 ,在不同氮素营养水平下 ,研究了喷洒低浓度亚硫酸氢钠对硝酸还原过程及籽粒产量和蛋白质含量的影响 ,以探讨光合碳氮代谢关系与产量和蛋白质含量形成的内在机制。结果表明 ,在小麦灌浆期喷洒亚硫酸氢钠虽然可使籽粒产量增加 ,但硝酸还原能力减弱 ,最终导致籽粒蛋白质含量下降。不论是否喷洒亚硫酸氢钠 ,高蛋白小麦品种的硝酸还原能力及最终籽粒蛋白质含量均高于低蛋白小麦品种。
Two wheat cultivars with similar yields but different protein content were used to study the effects of spraying low concentrations of sodium bisulfite on nitrate reduction and grain yield and protein content at different levels of nitrogen nutrition Relationship between Photosynthetic Carbon and Nitrogen Metabolism and Formation of Yield and Protein Content. The results showed that sprinkling sodium bisulfite during wheat grain filling stage could increase grain yield but decrease nitrate reducing ability, eventually leading to a decrease of grain protein content. Whether or not sodium bisulfite is sprayed on, the high-protein wheat cultivars have a higher nitrate reduction capacity and a higher final grain protein content than low-protein wheat cultivars.
