红毛菜(Bangia fusco-purpurea)属经济海藻,福建省莆田市自80年代采用平面采苗方式育苗,曾获得每串贝壳(20壳)丝状体日放散壳孢子516.2万粒效果。但该方法费工又费时,占池面积大.采苗时间长,育苗成本高。90年代初进行小规模(27 m2)的立体采苗试验,每串日放散壳孢子206万粒,试验效果一般,且规模小。满足不了日益发展的生产需求。为此,笔者于1999年进行了大规模(540 m2)室内立体采苗技术研究,获得预期效果。现将该技术总结如下:
Bangia fusco-purpurea belongs to the economic seaweed. Putian, Fujian Province adopted the planted seedling raising method in the 80’s since its establishment. It obtained the effect of 5.16 million capsules per day on the filamentous body of the shellfish (20 shells). However, this method is time-consuming and labor-intensive, occupies a large area of the pond, takes a long time and has high breeding cost. In the early 1990s, a small-scale (27 m2) seedling collection experiment was conducted. As a result, 2.06 million aspergillus spores were released per colony, and the test results were general and small in scale. Can not meet the growing production needs. To this end, the author conducted a large-scale (540 m2) indoor three-dimensional mining technology research in 1999, to obtain the desired results. The technology is summarized as follows:
