在教育的国际视野中重新审视我国中小学的德育类课程,对课程的性质、目标、内容乃至于一体化都会产生新的认识。德育类课程应该“回归”到学科的本位,成为侧重于认知学习的课程。在课程总目标上,要从侧重于态度学习的目标转变为侧重于认知学习的目标;在分目标上,应分为知识、技能、态度三维目标,其中知识目标是主要目标;技能目标是第二目标;态度目标是最终目标。对课程内容应进行全面细致的梳理和论证,要建构贯穿始终的统一主题线索和精心提炼的基本内容要素。
In the international perspective of education, reexamining the moral education curriculum in primary and secondary schools in our country will bring about new understanding to the nature, goal, content and even the integration of the curriculum. Moral education curriculum should “return ” to the subject, become focused on cognitive learning courses. In the overall goal of the curriculum, we should shift from focusing on attitude learning to focusing on the goal of cognitive learning. The sub-goals should be divided into three-dimensional knowledge, skills and attitudes, of which the main goal is the knowledge goal Second goal; attitude goal is the ultimate goal. The contents of the course should be comprehensively and concisely combed and argued, so as to construct the consistent theme threads and well-refined basic content elements.
