教育公平是社会公平的基础和前提。促进教育公平首先应当走出将共同善原理与公平性原理对立起来的认识误区。民族中学的创设是中国政府努力缩小教育的民族和地区间差距、实现教育公平的重要政策措施。承认和包容差异,同时努力促进共性增长的“混和式”人才培养模式,不失为民族中学体现和践行教育公平理念的有益尝试。
Education fairness is the foundation and premise of social fairness. To promote educational equity, we must first step out of the misunderstanding that sets the common principle and the fairness principle together. The establishment of ethnic high schools is an important policy measure for the Chinese government to strive to narrow the gap between ethnic groups and regions in education and to achieve education fairness. The “mixed” talent training model that admits and tolerates differences while striving to promote common growth is a useful attempt to demonstrate and implement the concept of education equity in the nation’s middle schools.
