在现代经济社会中,培育和发展核心竞争力,对任何一个企业都至关重要,因为核心竞争力一旦形成,就成为企业的战略性资产,并能够给企业带来可持续发展的竞争优势。本文在参考大量有关文献后,对企业核心竞争力理论做了综述,并在此基础上结合我国国情提出一点建议。
In modern economy and society, nurturing and developing core competitiveness is of crucial importance to any enterprise. Once its core competitiveness is formed, it becomes a strategic asset for the enterprise and brings sustainable competitive advantages to the enterprise. After reviewing a large number of relevant documents, this article reviews the theory of enterprise’s core competence, and on this basis, puts forward some suggestions according to our national conditions.
