目的 :研究家兔糖皮质激素受体 (GR)与激素性青光眼 (SIG)的关系。方法 :实验前测定家兔外周血白细胞糖皮质激素受体 (GR)、血浆皮质醇 ,实验中隔日给家兔结膜下注射地塞米松 0 .5mg ,共 15次 30天 ,每周测量家兔眼压、房水流畅系数C值一次 ,分析GR、血浆皮质醇与眼压、C值的改变值间的关系。结果 :GR与眼压、C值的改变值间具有相关性 (P <0 .0 2 5、P <0 .0 1) ,血浆皮质醇与眼压、C值的改变值间无相关性 (P >0 .0 5、P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :GR的水平与眼组织对糖皮质激素的敏感性有关
Objective: To study the relationship between rabbit glucocorticoid receptor (GR) and steroid-induced glaucoma (SIG). Methods: Rabbit peripheral blood leukocyte glucocorticoid receptor (GR) and plasma cortisol were measured before the experiment. The rabbits were injected subcutaneously with dexamethasone 0.5 mg every other day for 30 days on the next day. Rabbits were measured weekly Intraocular pressure, aqueous fluid coefficient C value once, analysis of GR, plasma cortisol and intraocular pressure, C value changes in the relationship between. Results: There was a correlation between GR and changes of intraocular pressure and C value (P <0. 05 2, P <0 01). There was no correlation between plasma cortisol and changes of intraocular pressure and C value P> 0 .0 5, P> 0. 05). Conclusion: The level of GR is related to the sensitivity of eye tissue to glucocorticoids
