本文研究氩离子激光器输出功率和发射频谱的目前性能及其发展前景。第一部分首先介绍氧化铍的制造工艺,并分析已获得的性能(功率5瓦,调制低于1.5%)。然后概述目前研制情况:提高放电管直径,采用流动气体空心阴极,以及使用迴旋加速谐振。第二部分讨论激光器发射的频谱,并重点讨论单频振蕩情况下获得的频谱(单模100毫瓦)。最后介绍在特殊激励条件下出现的不规则谱线。
In this paper, the current performance and development prospects of argon ion laser output power and emission spectrum are studied. The first part begins with a description of the beryllium oxide manufacturing process and analyzes the performance (5 watts, modulation below 1.5%) obtained. The current development is then outlined: increasing the diameter of the discharge tube, using a hollow cathode with flowing gas, and using cyclotron resonance. The second part discusses the spectrum emitted by the laser and focuses on the spectrum obtained with single-frequency oscillation (100 mW single mode). Finally, we introduce the irregular lines that appear under special excitation conditions.
