热分析-红外-质谱联用系统结合了同步热分析仪与傅立叶变换红外光谱仪和质谱仪的优点,不需对样品进行前处理而直接进行样品分析。该联用系统能实时、直观地了解样品在整个温度平台中的热重、热效应和红外数据变化,监测不同时刻、不同温度下样品所释放物质的种类与含量,适用于对复杂及混合样品化学组成及热分解过程进行详细分析。本文对近年来热分析-红外-质谱联用系统在食品包装材料领域的应用进行了综述。
