在所有的管理制度和管理体系中,只有绩效管理是动态的、持续的管理,从某种意义上来说,绩效管理就是企业管理的代名词。那么,在企业管理的过程中,管理者怎样才能收获人心,实现与员工的良性沟通,从而保证团队和企业的绩效目标呢?答案是:用“心”去管理。只有用“心”管理,才能将心比心,以心换心,从而收获人心。具体来讲,管理者需要具备以下八种心态, In all the management systems and management systems, only performance management is dynamic, continuous management, in a sense, performance management is synonymous with business management.
