虽然氯霉素和四环素类抗生素已成功地用于治疗落基山斑疹热多年,并认为其作用主要是抑制立克次氏体。但是,目前这方面的有关资料很少,已测出强力霉素对细胞培养物的最小抑制浓度(MIC)为~0.1μg/ml。但是既没报道氯霉素的最小抑制浓度又无在细胞内的杀菌浓度。由此,本文报道了有关氯霉素最小抑制浓度以及氯霉素和强力霉素的杀菌作用。通过该文介绍的方法测出,氯霉素对立氏立克次氏体的最小抑制浓度为~0.3μg/
Although chloramphenicol and tetracycline antibiotics have been successfully used to treat Rocky Mountain spotted fever for many years, they are believed to inhibit rickettsia. However, little information is available so far, and the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of doxycycline to cell culture has been determined to be ~0.1 μg / ml. However, neither the minimum inhibitory concentrations of chloramphenicol nor the bactericidal concentrations in the cells have been reported.
