目的:研究促渗剂对疗筋涂膜剂中芍药苷经皮渗透行为的影响。方法:建立离体经皮渗透试验方法,并作方法学考察。分别在涂膜剂中加入单一及复合促渗剂1%Borneol,3%Borneol,8%Borneol,1%Azone,3%Azone,5%Azone,3%1,2-Propanediol,5%1,2-Propanediol,10%1,2-Propanediol,1%Azone+8%Borneol,3%Azone+8%Borneol,5%Azone+8%Borneol,5%1,2-Propanediol+8%Borneol,5%1,2-Propanediol+8%Borneol+3%Azone和10%1,2-Propanediol+8%Borneol+5%Azone,在相同条件下进行离体经皮渗透试验,测定不同时间的药物累积透过量及增渗倍数。结果:在涂膜剂处方中加入混合促渗剂后,药物累积透过量和增渗倍数明显增加,并高于相应单用促渗剂,5%1,2-Propanediol+8%Borneol+3%Azone促渗剂累积透过量和增渗倍数最高。结论:一定量的促渗剂可使涂膜剂中药物穿透角质层进入真皮层,混合使用促渗剂促透效果明显高于单一使用。
Objective: To study the effect of penetration enhancers on transdermal permeation of paeoniflorin in the treatment of larvae. Methods: To establish the method of transdermal percutaneous penetration test and make a methodological study. Results: After adding mixed penetration enhancers, the cumulative permeation and permeation times increased obviously, and were higher than that of the corresponding single penetration enhancers, 5% 1,2-Propanediol + 8% Borneol + 3% Azone penetration enhancers have the highest cumulative permeation and permeation multiples. Conclusion: A certain amount of penetration enhancer can make the drug penetrate the stratum corneum into the dermis, and the permeation enhancer effect is better than single use.
