库欣综合征又称皮质醇增多症 ,是肾上腺皮质分泌过量的糖皮质激素所致 ,临床上主要表现为满月脸、向心性肥胖、皮肤紫纹、高血压和低血钾等。其发病原因有垂体分泌促肾上腺皮质激素 (ＡＣＴＨ)过多 (库欣病 )、原发性肾上腺皮质腺瘤或腺癌、异位ＡＣＴＨ综合征以及不依赖ＡＣＴ Cushing’s syndrome, also known as cortisol hyperactivity disorder, is caused by excess glucocorticoid secretion in the adrenal cortex. The main clinical manifestations are full moon face, central obesity, skin purple pattern, hypertension and hypokalemia. The pathogenesis of pituitary secretion of adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH) (Cushing’s disease), primary adrenal adenoma or adenocarcinoma, ectopic ACTH syndrome and not dependent on ACT
