目的探讨Smac、Bcl-2、Survivin和Bax基因在子宫内膜癌中的表达及临床意义。方法选取2011年2月至2013年9月间武安市第一人民医院收治的90例子宫内膜癌患者的癌组织标本为肿瘤组,同时选取癌旁组织标本为对照组,记录术后病理资料,采用免疫组化染色法检测两组标本中Smac、Bcl-2、Survivin和Bax的表达,分析临床意义。结果肿瘤组组织标本的Smac和Bax基因表达阳性率显著低于对照组,Bcl-2和Survivin表达阳性率显著高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。肿瘤组组内比较,临床分期I~II期、无淋巴结转移和肌层侵袭程度<1/2癌组织的Smac、Bax基因表达阳性率显著高于临床分期III~IV期、有淋巴结转移和肌层侵袭程度≥1/2癌组织,Bcl-2、Survivin基因表达阳性率显著低于临床分期III~IV期、有淋巴结转移和肌层侵袭程度≥1/2癌组织,差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论 Smac、Bcl-2、Survivin和Bax基因的表达,可作为临床判断子宫内膜癌的重要指标,指导临床制定治疗方案。
Objective To investigate the expression of Smac, Bcl-2, Survivin and Bax in endometrial carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods Ninety patients with endometrial cancer who were treated in First People’s Hospital of Wu’an City from February 2011 to September 2013 were selected as the tumor group and the paracancerous tissues were selected as the control group. Pathological data were recorded Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of Smac, Bcl-2, Survivin and Bax in two groups of specimens, and the clinical significance was analyzed. Results The positive rate of Smac and Bax gene expression in tumor tissue was significantly lower than that in control group (P <0.05). The positive rates of Bcl-2 and Survivin were significantly higher than those in control group (all P <0.05). The positive rates of Smac and Bax gene expression in the tumor group were significantly higher than those in the clinical stage III-IV, with clinical stage I-II, non-lymph node metastasis and myometrial invasion <1/2, lymph node metastasis and muscle The positive expression rate of Bcl-2 and Survivin was significantly lower than that in clinical stage III-IV, with lymph node metastasis and myometrial invasion≥1 / 2, the differences were statistically significant (All P <0.05). Conclusion The expression of Smac, Bcl-2, Survivin and Bax may be used as an important index in clinical judgment of endometrial cancer and guide the clinical treatment plan.
