当前,我国非常重视的中职教育事业在不断地发展,学校的教育教学管理也更加规范,教师的生活水平也在提升,但是有的教师出现了对工作满意度低,工作热情和兴趣丧失以及情感的疏离和冷漠。教师的职业状态,将直接影响到教育教学效果和学生身心成长。亲身体验,我也是中职教师,偶尔也出现职业倦怠现象。于是本人通过对九江、南昌、上饶等对个地方的中职学校的教师们进行了中职教师职业倦怠的压力来源的调查问卷,研究结果显示影响中职教师职业倦怠的主要因素有:学生因素、自我发展需要、工作负荷因素、工资待遇因素、招生任务。

Teachers ’professional status will directly affect the teaching effectiveness of education and students’ physical and mental growth. I personally experience, I am also a secondary vocational teacher, and occasionally burnout phenomenon. So I conducted a questionnaire on the source of job burnout of secondary vocational teachers by teachers of secondary vocational schools in Jiujiang, Nanchang, Shangrao, etc. The results show that the main factors affecting the job burnout of secondary vocational teachers are: , Self-development needs, workload factors, wages, enrollment tasks.
