更深入和全面地评价巴戟天水提物的抗抑郁作用。方法 :采用大鼠低速率差式强化程序 (DRL 72s)和小鼠强迫性游泳法。结果 :在大鼠DRL 72s模型上 ,巴戟天水提物 50mg/kg与抗抑郁剂地昔帕明 5mg/kg的作用一致 ,均显著增加大鼠DRL 72s的强化数 ,减少反应数和降低效应比率。在小鼠强迫性游泳模型上 ,巴戟天水提物 50mg/kg与地昔帕明 2 0mg/kg和阿米替林2 0mg/kg的作用类似 ,明显缩短小鼠的不动时间 ,巴戟天水提物 2 5mg/kg也具有缩短小鼠不动时间的趋势。同时 ,巴戟天水提物在有效缩短小鼠不动时间的剂量 ( 2 5~ 50mg/kg)时不影响小鼠自发活动性。结论 :进一步表明巴戟天水提物具有抗抑郁作用。
