用电化学的方法直接在n型BaTiO_3陶瓷表面进行苯胺的聚合,制备了p-PAn/n-BaTiO_3具有异质结的复合材料,测定了该复合材料的电流-电压特性曲线和压敏非线性系数α值,发现具有p-n异质结的该复合材料表现出良好的整流特性,对聚苯胺的表面形态和异质结的界面形态用扫描电镜进行了观察分析,聚合用电解液缓冲剂会影响异质结的性能,对此进行了分析讨论。
The aniline was polymerized on the surface of n-type BaTiO_3 ceramic by electrochemical method, and the composite material with heterojunction of p-PAn / n-BaTiO_3 was prepared. The current-voltage characteristic curve and pressure-sensitive non-linear Coefficient α value, the composite material with pn heterojunction was found to exhibit good rectifying properties. The morphology of the surface of the polyaniline and the interface morphology of the heterojunction were observed and analyzed by using a scanning electron microscope. The polymerization electrolyte buffer agent affected Heterojunction performance, which were analyzed and discussed.
