为了改善电动机启动时电流过大对电网和设备的冲击,提出软启动方案,实现传动系统的平稳启动。对回柱绞车传动系统进行了简化并建立数学模型,给定负载启动曲线得出了大内齿圈的动态控制力矩,进而提出优化方案,在Simulink中建立传递函数,仿真得到优化后的大内齿圈力矩控制曲线。结果表明,先将大内齿圈制动力矩增大到一定值,然后适度减少,最后趋于稳定,负载可以平稳启动。
In order to improve the impact of large current on the power grid and equipment when the motor starts, a soft start scheme is proposed to achieve a smooth start of the transmission system. The drive system of the column winch was simplified and a mathematical model was established. The dynamic control torque of the large ring gear was given given the starting curve of the load, then the optimization scheme was proposed, and the transfer function was established in Simulink. The optimized inner- Ring gear torque control curve. The results show that firstly, the braking torque of the large ring gear is increased to a certain value, then reduced moderately and finally stabilized. The load can be smoothly started.
