对于任何企业来说,文化建设均是不可或缺的重要内容,是充分调动企业员工工作积极性与热情的主要手段之一;同时,在企业物质文明与精神文明建设中,文化建设也发挥着一定的特殊作用,不仅可以对企业日常经营管理予以规范,协助企业树立良好形象,提高企业经营管理水平,还可以陶冶企业员工情操,发挥凝聚人心与价值导向的作用。为此,本文以电力企业为例,探讨企业精神文明建设与文化建设的融合方法与策略。
