室内用浸渍接种法测定了2种不同寄主来源的球孢白僵菌(Beauveria bassiana)2菌株和金龟子绿僵菌(Metarhizium anisopliae)1菌株对枸杞负泥虫的毒力。结果表明,3种菌株对枸杞负泥虫均具有毒杀作用。绿僵菌IPPCAAS2029菌株表现了较高的毒力,对2龄幼虫的致死中时(LT50)4.39d,校正死亡率为100%;对成虫的致病力低于幼虫,致死中时(LT50)10.65d,校正死亡率73.8%。球孢白僵菌FW-05、Z-28两菌株的毒力弱于前者,对2龄幼虫的致死中时(LT50)分别为6.85d和7.78d,校正死亡率分别为86.5%和82.7%;对成虫的致死中时(LT50)分别为16.18d和18.92d,校正死亡率分别为61.9%和55.6%。
In laboratory, the virulence of two different host strains of Beauveria bassiana 2 and Metarhizium anisopliae 1 strains on Lycium barbarum were determined by immersion inoculation method. The results showed that the three strains of Lycium barbarum were poisonous killing effect. Metarhizium anisopliae IPPCAAS2029 strain showed high virulence. The mortality of second-instar larvae (LT50) was 4.39 days, and the corrected mortality was 100%. The virulence of adults to adult larvae was lower than that of larvae (LT50) 10.65d, corrected mortality rate of 73.8%. The virulence of two strains of Beauveria bassiana FW-05 and Z-28 were weaker than that of the former, and the lethal median (LT50) of the second-instar larvae were 6.85 and 7.78 days respectively. The corrected mortality was 86.5% and 82.7% (LT50) were 16.18d and 18.92d, respectively. The corrected mortality rates were 61.9% and 55.6%, respectively.
