目的通过对近十年(2006—2015年)武汉市某医院放射工作人员个人年有效剂量监测结果的分析,了解该医院个人剂量水平并发现问题,保障放射工作人员的安全。方法利用热释光法获得武汉市某医院2006—2015年间从事诊断放射学、核医学、放射治疗、介入放射学、医学其他的放射工作人员共计1 050人次年有效剂量监测结果。运用均值、标准差、KruskalWallis检验、卡方检验分析不同年份、不同工种的个人年有效剂量监测结果。结果 2006—2015年个人年有效剂量平均值为(1.014±4.208)m Sv。不同年份、不同工种间有效剂量总体平均水平存在差异(P<0.05)。诊断放射学、核医学、放射治疗、介入放射学、医学其他放射工作人员有效剂量平均值分别为(0.923±4.434)m Sv、(0.819±1.068)m Sv、(1.014±1.401)m Sv、(1.598±5.091)m Sv和(0.266±0.152)m Sv。除医学其它工种外,每个工种不同年份的有效剂量总体平均水平均有差异(P<0.05)。结论该医院放射工作人员个人剂量水平基本符合国家规定范围,但诊断放射工作人员的个人防护措施应当着重加强。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the individual annual effective dose monitoring of radiation workers in a hospital in Wuhan City in the recent ten years (2006-2015), understand the individual dose level of the hospital and find out the problems, and ensure the safety of radiation workers. Methods A total of 1 050 doses of radiodiagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, radiotherapy, interventional radiology, medical radiology staff from 2006 to 2015 in a hospital in Wuhan were obtained by thermoluminescence method. The mean, standard deviation, Kruskal-Wallis test and chi-square test were used to analyze the individual annual effective dose monitoring results in different years and different types of work. Results The average annual effective dose in 2006-2015 was (1.014 ± 4.208) m Sv. In different years, there was a difference in the overall average effective dose between different types of work (P <0.05). The average effective doses of diagnostic radiology, nuclear medicine, radiation therapy, interventional radiology and medical radiation workers were (0.923 ± 4.434) m Sv, (0.819 ± 1.068) m Sv and (1.014 ± 1.401) m Sv, respectively 1.598 ± 5.091) m Sv and (0.266 ± 0.152) m Sv. Except for other medical types, the overall average effective dose of each type of work in different years differed (P <0.05). Conclusion The individual dose level of radiation workers in this hospital basically meets the national regulations, but the personal protective measures of radiation workers should be strengthened.
