目的:评价影像学方法在针刺减轻缺血性脑卒中炎症反应的实验和临床试验研究中的应用现状及前景价值。方法:从缺血性脑卒中炎性反应的病理学机制、缺血性脑卒中炎性反应针刺治疗的实验室评价研究、临床疗效评价研究、影像学评价和缺血性脑卒中炎性反应针刺治疗疗效的分子影像学评价展望5个方面进行总结。结果及结论:超微超顺磁氧化铁颗粒增强后MRI扫描成为无创、无不良反应、动态观察、活体研究脑梗死后炎症反应的新技术,将对缺血性中风疗效评价及预后随访提供帮助,将其引入针刺研究领域将有利于阐明针刺改善脑缺血后炎症反应疗效的机制。
