热能动力专业属于实践性比较强的工科专业,要求学生的知识能力结构应具有较强的理论基础、扎实的专业知识和较强的实际应用能力以及创新能力。生产实习是专业教学的一个重要环节,是学生将书本学到的理论知识与生产实践相结合的一个具体实践,实习质量的高低直接关系到应用性人才培养的质量。本文通过分析现有生产实习现状以及存在的困难,提出了生产实习环节改革的思路和具体举措。通过采用校内实习基地与校外实习基地相结合和动手操作与现代模拟仿真相结合的实习新模式,提高了实习教学质量及学生的综合素质,取得了良好的教学效果。
The thermal energy specialty belongs to the practical engineering strong engineering profession, requires the student’s knowledge ability structure should have the stronger theory foundation, the solid professional knowledge and the strong practical application ability as well as the innovation ability. Production internship is an important part of professional teaching. It is a concrete practice that students combine the theoretical knowledge and production practice learned from books. The quality of internship is directly related to the quality of applied talents cultivation. Based on the analysis of the status quo of existing production internships and the existing difficulties, this paper puts forward the ideas and concrete measures for the reform of production internship. Through the combination of internship training base and off-campus internship base and the new internship mode with hands-on operation and modern simulation, the quality of internship teaching and the overall quality of students are improved and a good teaching effect is achieved.
