河南省建七公司承建的安阳电厂2号双曲线型自然通风冷却塔,淋水面积3500米~2,总高度90米,上口刚性环梁直径42.62米,下口环梁直径67.886米,支承风筒的人字柱40对,它既是冷却塔的主要承重构件,又是进风口。为解决环梁底模与施工用脚手问题,在施工中作了以下几点改进。1.将原设计的现浇人字柱改为现场预制的V型柱,配制6套钢木模板周转使用,节约木材131米~3。
Anyang No. 2 hyperbolic natural draft cooling tower constructed by Henan No. 7 Company, with an area of 3,500m~2, a total height of 90m, an upper ring diameter of 42.62m, and a lower ring beam diameter of 67.886m. The wind pipe has 40 pairs of columns, which are both the main load-bearing components of the cooling tower and the air inlet. In order to solve the problem of the ring beam bottom mold and the construction of the foot, the following improvements were made in the construction. 1. The original designed cast-in-place pylons were changed to prefabricated V-pillars, and 6 sets of steel-wood formworks were used for turnover, saving 131m~3 wood.
