研究了赤霉素(GA_3)与矮壮素(CCC)或多效唑(PP_(333))单独和配合喷施对小麦生育、代谢和产量形成的影响。处理浓度分别为20ppm、1000ppm和100ppm。结果表明,GA_3+CCC或GA_3+PP_(333)处理比对照(喷清水)显著增产(增20.23%),前者增加千粒重和有效穗数(分别增1.7克和1.18万/亩),后者增加有效穗数和每穗粒数(分别增5.31万/亩和1.9粒)。GA_3对CCC或PP_(333)抑制小麦生长、干物质积累与氮素代谢有一定的抵销作用,有助于促进穗粒重的协调发展。GA_3+PP_(333)处理能缩短植株的下部节间长度,增强植株抗倒伏能力。
The effects of gibberellin (GA_3) and chlormequat (CCC) or paclobutrazol (PP_ (333)) spraying alone and in combination on the growth, metabolism and yield formation of wheat were studied. The treatment concentrations were 20 ppm, 1000 ppm and 100 ppm, respectively. The results showed that GA3 + CCC or GA3 + PP33 treatment increased yield significantly (by 20.23%) compared with CK (increased by 20.23%), while the former increased 1000-grain weight and effective panicles by 1.7 g and 11,800 / Effective panicles and grains per panicle (increased by 53,100 / mu and 1.9 grains, respectively). GA_3 could counteract the effects of CCC or PP_ (333) on wheat growth, dry matter accumulation and nitrogen metabolism, contributing to the coordinated development of grain weight. GA_3 + PP_ (333) treatment could shorten the length of the lower internode and increase the plant lodging resistance.
