山西是全国闻名的产醋大省,食醋产量居全国第一位,其中著名产品“山西老陈醋”曾被称为“天下第一醋”,享誉全国,行销海内外,曾令山西人为之骄傲。然而,进入90年代以来山西老陈醋在国际市场上的销量却日渐萎缩,到了96年已到了濒临被挤出国际市场的窘境。其原因主要是对食醋的经营观念滞后,科技投入少,工艺技术落后,缺乏品牌意识,使得产品质量不能满足国外消费者的要求。
Shanxi is a famous vinegar-producing province in China. The vinegar production ranks first in the country, and the famous product “Shanxi Vinegar” was once known as “the best vinegar in the world”.
