陕西省行政学院坚持与时俱进,发挥主渠道作用,国家公务员培训工作呈现出新的特点: ——培训规模不断扩大,培训能力进一步增强。学院2002年举办公务员初任培训班2期,培训248人;处级任职培训班8期,培训535人;其它适应性培训班5期,培训330人;培训国企主要领导19人,全年培训达1132人。培训设施有所改善,教学手段有所改进,初步达到了同期培训300人的能力。
Shaanxi Provincial Administration School adheres to advancing with the times and giving full play to its role as the main channel. The training of state civil servants shows new characteristics: - The scale of training is constantly expanding and the training capability is further enhanced. In 2002, the college held two training courses for civil servants, including 248 first-degree training courses, eight post-training courses at the department level, and 535 training courses. The other five were 330 training courses, and 19 main leaders of state-owned enterprises were trained. Training throughout the year 1132 people.
