通过搅拌铸造法制备实验用TiB_2/6061铝基复合材料,对室温和高温下6061铝合金和Ti B2/6061铝基复合材料的硬度、拉伸性能和断裂特性进行了研究。用扫描电子显微镜分析了两者的微观断裂形貌。试验表明:添加TiB_2颗粒使6061铝合金的力学性能大幅改进。在20~500℃拉伸试验,同一温度下TiB_2/6061的极限抗拉强度比6061铝合金的大;随着温度的升高,两者的抗拉强度均下降;在高温下,TiB_2/6061拉伸断裂颈缩较小;在20~200℃,6061铝合金的拉伸沿45°斜面断裂。随着温度升高,有明显颈缩,延展性增强。
The experimental TiB 2/6061 aluminum matrix composites were prepared by stirring casting method. The hardness, tensile properties and fracture properties of 6061 aluminum alloy and Ti B2 / 6061 aluminum matrix composites at room temperature and high temperature were studied. The micro-fracture morphology of the two was analyzed by scanning electron microscopy. Experiments show that: Adding TiB 2 particles to 6061 aluminum alloy mechanical properties significantly improved. At 20 ~ 500 ℃ tensile test, the ultimate tensile strength of TiB_2 / 6061 is larger than that of 6061 aluminum alloy at the same temperature. The tensile strength of TiB_2 / 6061 decreases with increasing temperature. Under high temperature, Tensile fracture necking is small; at 20 ~ 200 ℃, 6061 aluminum alloy tensile along the 45 ° bevel fracture. As the temperature increases, there is obvious neck and ductility.
