现阶段,各行各业的竞争程度日渐加深,人力资源也逐渐发展成为一项十分关键的战略资源内容。与此同时,人力资源管理也变成了落实人才强国战略的重中之重。在这一新的背景下,各大小企业,尤其是事业单位,必须要明确人力资源管理工作的新要求,并为满足这些要求而作出相应的转变,并实现相应的创新发展。对此,从转变与创新两个方面阐述了企业人力资源管理的未来发展方向。
