所谓精细,就是精致细密。精细化管理最早出现在发达国家的企业管理中,就是要把握好每一个细节,让每一个工作都有专人负责,减少各部门工作衔接中产生的的误差。而在我的班上,虽然成立了班委会,确定了班干部,可孩子们却大事小事都找老师处理,也有平时打扫卫生都要老师安排,老师一出教室就炸开锅的情况存在。而老师去进行管理,孩子们又觉得失去了自由,什么都得听老师的。有个别同学从而产生了逆反心理,认为老师管的太多了,对于老师的管理、家长的管理开始出现了不满,但出于畏惧,又假装服从。我们也应该借鉴企业的精细化管理模式,在班级中积极的推进精细化管理。
