Objective To observe the curative effect of abdomen separated ginger and ginger moxibustion on the treatment of chronic superficial gastritis of spleen and stomach weakness, and to provide a reference for clinical practice. Methods Eighty patients with spleen-stomach deficiency chronic superficial gastritis admitted from April 1, 2013 to April 1, 2014 in our hospital were enrolled in this study. They were divided into experimental group and control group (n = 40) by digital extraction method. The control group was treated with ranitidine hydrochloride. The experimental group was given ranitidine hydrochloride combined with abdominal ginger and moxibustion. After treatment, the total effective rate, adverse reaction rate and clinical syndrome score of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the experimental group was significantly higher than 72.50% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05); adverse reaction rate was lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05) (21.08 ± 3.67) points lower than the control group (45.76 ± 3.52) points, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Ginger-assisted abdominal moxibustion treatment of spleen and stomach weak chronic superficial gastritis has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients and reduce the patient’s clinical syndrome score, and medication safety is high, so that the treatment model can be Spleen and stomach weak chronic superficial gastritis in the treatment of patients with the promotion.
