新时期驻村干部制度促进了农村基层组织的建设和农村各项事业的发展,加强了党和群众的联系,是群众路线制度化在新时期的一种尝试。驻村干部制度在实施中也存在一些问题,如驻村干部的选任、驻村干部职责、权力明晰方面以及驻村干部制度存在形式化倾向等。任何制度的完善都是一个过程,有针对性的对这些问题进行解决,是驻村干部制度绩效优化的前提和保证。
The system of cadres in the village in the new era has promoted the building of rural grassroots organizations and the development of various undertakings in rural areas and strengthened the ties between the party and the masses.
