抗菌消炎合剂对巴豆油所致小鼠耳肿胀和角叉菜胶所致大鼠足肿胀有明显抑制作用，并能明显对抗二甲苯引起的小鼠皮肤毛细血管通透性增加。体外抗菌试验显示本药对金黄色葡萄球菌、卡他球菌和肺炎链球菌等有抑菌作用。毒性试验表明，本品外用对皮肤、粘膜无刺激作用，不引起过敏反应。小鼠口服ＬＤ５０＞９０ｍｌ／ｋｇ。
Antibacterial and anti-inflammatory mixture had obvious inhibitory effects on mouse ear swelling induced by croton oil and paw swelling caused by carrageenan, and it was able to significantly increase the capillary permeability of mice induced by xylene. In vitro antibacterial tests showed that the drug has antibacterial activity against Staphylococcus aureus, Catarrhoxa and Streptococcus pneumoniae. Toxicity tests showed that this product has no irritative effect on the skin and mucous membranes and does not cause allergic reactions. Oral LD50 was >90 ml/kg in mice.
