随着经济建设的飞速发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,因电气原因而引发的火灾居高不下。以我省去年火灾情况为例,全年共发生火灾1912次,直接经济损失折款达8690.60万元,而电气火灾为703次,损失3637.40万元,次数和损失分别占到总数的36.8％和41.9％。当然,这里还有个技术认定因素。有的公安消防监督部门往往将一些缺乏证据难以认定的火灾统统定性为电气火灾,这也是电气火灾增多的原因之一。正因为如此,还导致了一些意想不到的后果,如公安机关不敢及时处理火灾事故责任者或肇事者,并在行政诉讼应讼中败诉。因此,运用
With the rapid development of economic construction and continuous improvement of people’s living standards, the fires caused by electrical accidents are high.
