目的:增加可卸义齿固位,缓冲应力。方法:在类似套筒冠义齿设计上,内层冠与基牙粘结固定,外层冠与义齿支架相连,在两者之间放置“O”型圈,使之有机结合。在内层冠轴面切1/3处设计一环形凹槽;在外冠内侧壁也设计一凹槽在二凹槽之间放“O”型硅橡胶圈。结果:“O”型圈义齿固位好,并保护基牙,适应征广,制作方便。结论:“O”型圈义齿是一种很好的可摘义齿设计方法。
Objective: To increase the removable denture retention, buffer stress. Methods: In the design of a similar telescopic crown denture, the inner crowns and the abutments were bonded and fixed, the outer crowns were connected with the denture braces, and an “O” ring was placed between the two so that they could be combined organically. An annular groove is designed at 1/3 of the axial plane of the inner crown, and a groove is also designed on the inner side wall of the crown to place “O” type silicone rubber ring between the two grooves. Results: The “O” ring denture retained well, and protect the abutments, adapted to the indications, easy to manufacture. Conclusion: “O” ring denture is a good design method of removable denture.
