为了检定千分尺测砧与测微螺杆测量面的相对偏移量,本文介绍一种如图1所示的专用检具。检具工作爪的测量面A构成一组专用桥板。在其上装有百分表,百分表的零位定在与A面共面的平面上。如图2所示使用时,拧紧螺钉1,将检具A面贴于平板上,定出百分表零位。检定测砧与测微螺杆测量面相对偏移时,将检具的一个工作爪2的测量面与千分尺测砧外圆接触,另一工作爪的测量面与测微螺杆外圆接触,按图示将检具作前后方向平行移动,找出百分表转折点值a,然后将千分尺绕轴线旋转90°,用同样的方法可得到转折点值b。测砧与测微螺杆测量面的相对偏移量Δ则可按下述方法求出。
In order to test micrometer anvil and micrometer screw measurement surface relative offset, this article describes a special gage shown in Figure 1. Jaws measuring the working surface of the claw to form a group of special bridge. With the dial indicator mounted on it, the zero point of the dial indicator is set on the plane that is coplanar with the A face. As shown in Figure 2 when used, tighten the screw 1, the fixture A surface affixed to the flat, set the zero dial. When the test anvil and the micrometer screw measuring surface are relatively offset, the measuring surface of a working pawl 2 of the test fixture is in contact with the micrometer anvil circumference, and the other working paw’s measuring surface is in contact with the outer circumference of the micrometer screw. Showing the test fixture for the parallel movement in the fore and aft direction, find out the turning point of the dial indicator a, and then rotate the micrometer around the axis 90 °, using the same method to get the turning point value b. Measuring anvil and micrometer screw measuring surface relative offset Δ can be obtained by the following method.
