目前,国企改革已进入体制转换和结构调整的攻坚阶段。在涂料行业,不少国有企业由于机制不活,创新能力不强,富余人员多等原因,陷入了生产经营艰难、企业效益不佳的困境。石家庄金鱼集团在改制过程中也走过了曲折的道路,但他们在探索中求生存,在改革中求发展,走出了一条能适应市场经济要求、产品结构逐步优化,通过体制转换、观念转变来发挥员工积极性的新路子。金鱼集团的变化证明,国有企业的改革过程,从某种意义上说,就是根据市场需求,从产品结构到经营体制不断地完善调整,也是国有企业自身不断发展的历程。该厂副总经理马喜顺最近与记者的一席谈话,也许能给正在探索改制、寻求发展的业内同行有所启示。
