用同一炉铁液浇注不同壁厚的球铁样块,发现某些壁厚球铁铸件产生皮下气孔缺陷。讨论了皮下气孔产生的机理,对皮下气孔在铁液冷却过程中的产生时间作了探究。结果表明,皮下气孔实际上是金属液表面结膜与气泡迁移两者搏弈的结果。对皮下气孔敏感的铸件,可以通过适当增大浇注铁液的碳当量来避免该缺陷的产生。
Cast iron with the same iron content of different wall thickness of iron-like samples and found that some of the wall thickness of ductile iron castings produce subcutaneous defects. The mechanism of subcutaneous stomatal formation was discussed, and the generation time of subcutaneous stomatal in the cooling process of molten iron was explored. The results show that the subcutaneous pores are actually the result of the game between the conjunctions of liquid metal and the bubble migration. For subcutaneous stomatal sensitive castings, the defects can be avoided by appropriately increasing the carbon equivalent of molten iron.
