目的了解天津160例B淋巴细胞白血病(B-ALL)患儿常见融合基因的检出情况,为儿童B-ALL诊疗提供基础资料。方法选择天津市血液病医院2015年全部住院B-ALL患儿共160例为研究对象,采用实时定量聚合酶链反应方法对160例B-ALL患儿进行TEL/AML1、E2A/PBX1、BCR/ABL和MLL/AF4共4种常见融合基因检测。用SPSS20.0进行t检验和χ2检验。结果 160例儿童ALL中,47例检测出融合基因阳性,阳性率为29.4%,其中TEL/AML1阳性29例(18.1%),E2A/PBX1阳性12例(7.5%),BCR/ABL阳性6例(3.8%),未检出MLL/AF4阳性病例。结论天津160例B-ALL患儿常见融合基因为TEL/AML1、E2A/PBXI和BCR/ABL,其中TEL/AML1融合基因检出率最高。
Objective To investigate the detection of common fusion genes in 160 children with B-cell lymphocytic leukemia (B-ALL) in Tianjin and provide the basic information for the diagnosis and treatment of B-ALL in children. Methods Totally 160 children with B-ALL admitted to Tianjin Hematology Hospital in 2015 were enrolled in this study. Real-time quantitative polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was performed in 160 B-ALL children with TEL / AML1, E2A / PBX1, BCR / ABL and MLL / AF4 a total of 4 common fusion gene test. SPSS 20.0 t-test and χ2 test. RESULTS: The positive rate of fusion gene was 47.4% in 47 children with ALL, of which 29 (18.1%) were TEL / AML1 positive, 12 (7.5%) were positive for E2A / PBX1 and 6 were positive for BCR / ABL (3.8%). MLL / AF4 positive cases were not detected. Conclusions The common fusion genes of TEL / AML1, E2A / PBXI and BCR / ABL in 160 cases of B-ALL in Tianjin are the most common, and the highest rate of TEL / AML1 fusion gene is found.
