2005年在水泥池采用“控制光照、控制水温、控制水位、改善水质、加强投喂”的方法人工诱导克氏原螯虾(Procam barus clarkii)同步批量产卵。经诱导的虾在36 d的时间里共有1006尾雌虾产卵,平均抱卵率达81.0%,而未采用人工诱导的雌虾平均抱卵率只有30.6%。
In 2005, batch-spawning of Procam barus clarkii was carried out by artificial induction of Procam barus clarkii in a concrete pool using the methods of “controlling light, controlling water temperature, controlling water level, improving water quality and strengthening feeding”. The induced shrimp had a total of 1006 females laying eggs for 36 days, with an average rate of 81.0%. However, the average rate of maternal eggs did not reach 30.6%.
