企业对社会责任的承担,尤其是跨国公司在非母国社会责任的承担,是一种非强制性、非法制性的道德约束。中国国际地位的提升是跨国公司在华承担社会责任的重要外部驱动力。要促进跨国公司在华承担社会责任,应注意:巩固中国的国际地位,提高与跨国公司博弈的胜率;完善相关立法;倡导本土企业责任先行,为跨国公司树立榜样;宣传社会责任理念,形成正确的社会价值观。
The commitment of corporate social responsibility, especially that of transnational corporations in their social responsibilities in non-home countries, is a non-compulsory and unlawful moral constraint. The improvement of China’s international status is an important external driving force for multinationals to shoulder their social responsibilities in China. In order to promote multinational corporations to shoulder their social responsibilities in China, attention should be paid to: consolidating China’s international status and enhancing the game winning streak with multinational corporations; perfecting relevant legislation; promoting the precedence of local enterprises in order to set an example for multinational corporations; promoting the concept of social responsibility and forming a correct Social values
