针对征1区块储层存在低孔、特低渗透的特点,结合区块采取的2口井措施改造存在的高压,加砂困难等难点,调研了国内外类似储层改造的经验和做法,提出了储层降低施工压力的方法和改造的技术对策。提出了直井大排量分步加砂压裂,裸眼水平井多级分段压裂改造,通过低摩阻、加重压裂液体系的应用,配套压裂施工管柱优化、高压泵组和高压井口,进行大规模压裂改造实现此类储层有效动用。
Based on the characteristics of low porosity and ultra-low permeability in the reservoir of Block 1, combined with the difficulty of reconstruction of the existing high pressure and sand in the two wells taken by the block, the researches and experiences of similar reservoir reconstruction at home and abroad were investigated. The methods to reduce the construction pressure of reservoirs and the technical countermeasures are put forward. Proposed a large displacement vertical well sand fracturing, open hole horizontal multistage fracturing fracturing, through low friction, increase the application of fracturing fluid system, supporting the construction of the column optimization, high pressure pump and high pressure Wellhead, for large-scale fracturing to achieve the effective use of such reservoirs.
