本文针对云南大盈江三级电站具体情况,在综合现有方法的基础上,运用PSS参数优化整定、评价及仿真软件研究新型PSS模型的参数设计,设计了两套PSS参数。使PSS具有很宽的补偿特性、频率特性和良好动态特性,避免了单点最优法的片面性,能够抑制互联系统联络线上的低频振荡、区域电网之间的低频振荡,也能够抑制本机与系统间的低频振荡,设计的PSS参数不需要经常变更,适应性更强,并具有良好的效果。通过与实际整定参数比较,新设计的两套参数补偿特性更优,可以应用于现场整定工程中。
In this paper, according to the specific conditions of Yunnan Dayingjiang III power station, based on the existing methods, the PSS parameter optimization tuning, evaluation and simulation software are used to study the parameter design of the new PSS model. Two sets of PSS parameters are designed. PSS has a wide range of compensation characteristics, frequency characteristics and good dynamic characteristics, to avoid the single-point optimization of the one-sidedness, can inhibit the interconnection line low-frequency oscillation on the line, the regional power system between the low-frequency oscillation can also suppress the machine Low-frequency oscillation with the system, the design of PSS parameters do not need to be changed frequently, more adaptable, and has good results. Compared with the actual tuning parameters, the newly designed two sets of parameters compensation characteristics better, you can apply to the scene setting project.
